1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to give visitors information about UpperThrust's services, accelerators, careers and related content, and to enable enquiries, newsletter sign-up and job applications. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the UpperThrust name and marks, and the underlying design and code — is owned by or licensed to UpperThrust and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
3. User conduct
When using forms on the Site (Contact, Newsletter, Careers), you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Upload malicious files, or files containing content you do not have the right to share (for a job application, only submit your own resume/CV).
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any account, data or network connected to it.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site other than standard search engine indexing.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or servers.
4. Job applications
Submitting an application through the Careers page does not create any obligation on our part to interview, hire or respond individually to every applicant, and does not itself create an employment relationship or contract of any kind.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn, social media) that are not owned or controlled by UpperThrust. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, and service engagements are governed by separate signed agreements, not by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UpperThrust and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UpperThrust and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
